Prior to joining at IBA Solicitors Imtiaz worked for top city law firms Ashursts and SJ Berwin, where he was involved in a number of high profile cases including international disputes and the well publicised tobacco litigation.

Imtiaz' recent litigation experience includes conducting cases before the County Court and High Court. Examples of cases which Imtiaz has recently been involved in include:

• Acting for employees in a winding up petition.
• Defending a claim for winding up.
• Advising company directors as to their fiduciary duties.
• Recovering the proceeds of fraud as a result of third party or employee actions and recovering misappropriated funds and sensitive documents.
