We advise clients on all aspects of employment law. The majority of our work is for employers but we also undertake some work for private individuals. Our work includes:
- Drafting contracts of employment, service agreements, consultancy agreements, policies and procedures and generally advising on the terms of such documents.
- Providing strategic advice in relation to executive terminations.
- Supporting clients through the process of restructuring and change management, including the planning and implementation of collective redundancies, changing terms and conditions of employment and negotiating collective agreements.
- Advising on potential dismissals and equal opportunities issues.
- Advising on all aspects of employment related litigation, including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, actions for breach of contract, and collective disputes.
- Advising in relation to practical and legal considerations which arise as a result of the transfer of staff pursuant to the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981.
